This error indicates that the RSA program for your machine is either missing or corrupted. The EdsAppC0.rsa file is used by the older white/red machines, XT machines use EdsAppC1.rsa. If you have an XT you will need to change the machine configuration so it requests the correct RSA program. The machine type for an XT is entered as 193 in the Advanced Machine Configuration dialog. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the subdirectory listed in the error (c:\Program Files\Melco Embroidery Systems\Amaya\Rsa)and look for the RSA program files (EdsAppC0.rsa and EdsAppC1.rsa) along with the .csa file. If the files are missing you can get them back by reinstalling the AOS software. If the files are present then there is a problem opening the file and you can delete them and reinstall AOS to get them back. Also, I read your other post. Let your computer person know that you don't need the IP address of the machine. That's all handled by AOS. The fact that you are getting this error shows that communication has been established and the machine is talking correctly to the computer. The problem is just the missing RSA program file. Let me know if this helps. =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
