I don't have mine on either, but you have to do more than the crosshairs!
Somewhere up on the menu bar, I think under 'view', pull down and look for
'view' or 'show' hoop-and it will show the selected hoop.
I think you have to select the hoop under 'another' pull down menu...it isn't
always nice and easy.
But it works-I use it for showing the slimline clamps.
