I made some inquiries today and have info on 2 shipping companies.
Keep in mind that these are approximate costs,and will depend on pick up and
delivery points as well as loading and unloading needs.
1. Service By Air
1-866-915-5195/Contact Mellisa.
This is the same company that Melco uses. Their price is approx $600. This does
not include packaging the machine. They do not offer insurance since the
machine is used.
For an additional fee they will package the machine.
2. Associated Global Sys
1-800-645-8300/Contact Anthony
Their cost would be approx $350 with a 14% fuel surcharge. They do offer
crating and packageing.
You will need to send photos of all items to be shipped for an estimate. No
Insurace is offered.
Proirity delivery available.Regular delivery approx 5 Days.
