Janet,
It means th at the selector is not retuning all the way to its home position
and an optical sensor is detecting it....
To into Maintenance, Steppers and click Home in the Selector column. Also, at
the bottom of the screen, click on Detect Trimmer. Should show trimmer type 0
for your XT machine.
Did you lubricate the Selector and Knife assembly after you cleaned the area?
If not , do so. Any drag in the trimmer assembly can be suspect when one of
these errors pop up...
