[amayausers] Quote for patches needed

I need to provide a quote for something I would prefer not to do 
in-house. So, if you are interested in serving as my sub-contractor 
for a patch order, please contact me off-list with the following information.

I need a ballpark quote for 500-1000 patches, round, about 2-1/2 
inches with black merrowed edge.

Patches are 2 color (50% black and 50% white). This does include some 
text, but the design is very simple.

Please quote with and without heat seal and include estimated time frame.
