I know the rule of thumb is not to do a satin stitch greater than 1/4 inch 
wide.  But what about puffy foam?  I have a customer inquiring about it and 
after researching it, I find that wide satin columns are best for foam.  But 
what is the max width for a satin colum with puffy foam?
