Hoop the cap first. Then measure from the center seam back to the side where
you want this part of the design. Go back to design shop and set your grid to
match the measurement from the cap. Now you know where to put this part of the
design. You need to treat the front and side as seperate entities in DS,
position each one independently so to speak. When you bring this in to OS DO
NOT center the design. Hope this is some help.
