Cindy,
Most likely they send the wrong cable. Since they sent you 1 XT they might
have assumed you didn't have another AMAYA and that you would be connecting
the XT directly to the computer which is most likely the cable they sent. I
have bought my AMAYA's 3 at a time both times so they knew I had to hook to
a hub so they send to correct cables. At least you got it figured out and
are up and running now :)
