Was this a new XT or a refurbished?
Is the presser foot set too high?
In Amaya OS, is the thread feed lower limit set to "1"? (Click on SETTINGS,
THREAD FEED)
Are the hoop arms loose?
Are the red pinch rollers lubricated?
Are the needles installed correctly?
Have you tried a different bobbin spool and even a different bobbin case?
What version of AMAYA OS software are you running on this newer Amaya XT? You
can find this by clicking on HELP and then ABOUT. The number will look like
"7.00.115".
