The white piece that you found did it look like it might have had teeth like
you might see on a gear? Also is the needle case stuck inbetween color changes?
You can tell this if the needle is not over the needle hole. I am a 3rd party
tech from MO and I do some work in Wichita so if we need to talk let me know
please.
