Try putting on some mesh topping like what you would use for towels on top
sometimes it just needs a smooth surface to cover well.

  Hey All:

Still figuring out some of the finer points of digitizing and I am having
issues with a design.

We sent something out for digitizing, got it back, and the client decided
they wanted it 20% smaller. I thought... Easy, just scale 20%. Well if it was
only that simple.

The design just doesn't look right and I have been messing with it for a few
days on and off now. On top of that, on pique, the "cross portion" just isn't
covering well.

If anyone can lend a hand... The design is here:

  The artwork is below...

  Thanks!
  JOHN
