Hey Jeff,
Maybe you could pass this on also,
when I talked to one of the sales people there yesterday
I tried for some time to find the 800 or any number
to call customer service about a part for my WACF hat frames.
I couldn't figure it out from the website and couldn't find a phone number
to call and ask, I finally went to melco.com and used
the contact us link to find the numbers.
Just a heads up.
