As Ed has already stated, there are less techs than there used to be .... but 
this not limited solely to Melco. 

The last few years have been a real challenge for many embroidery machine 
companies and others involved in the business. Reducing, reorganizing and 
rethinking have in many cases become the norm for anyone involved with 
embroidery.

As far as servicing the Amaya, it really should be done by someone trained to 
service that machine. An Amaya is not like a Tajima, Barudan, SWF, etc.
