let up on the density-I never run lettering below 3.8, and the smaller the
letter size (I've only gone down to .18 once) the higher the density number-I
usually am around 4 to 4.5. The more threads you try to pack into a little
space, the more chance of breakage...and the finer the thread, the easier it
breaks!
