Thank you for your advice. How does one replace those thread feed rollers. I
take it that you mean the rollers at the top that is red in colour. Do I
need to call the tech guy in for that or can I change that myself. Wow where
can I buy those rollers ? Also the oil that is needed to oil the rotary hook
is it like sewing machine oil or another type. I have bottles of sewing oil
that has a drop to it.

Sorry that I have so many questions to ask.

Bebe,

Have you checked your thread feed rollers for wear? That is one of the
first things you should look at when you are getting false bobbin breaks.
Also look at your bobbin tension to make sure it is correct.

The message is stop for bobbin break and so far no break in the bobbin. I
simply press go again and it resumes but this is bad for the design as it
has to go back a few stitches and therefore the sew out is a little lumpy.
Very trying for sure.

I also just had the machine saying that I need do maintenance on the
rotary
hook. Should I continue and call the tech guy out next week or stop and
use
another machine.

Bebe,
What kind of error message are you getting? Either as a pop up, or down
in the corner under the message line for that machine.

Hi ,

Can someone tell me what is wrong here. The machine keeps stopping but
there
is no thread breaks. Is this due to tension of bobbin or what.

Thanks
