When you run hats, are you sure to turn off your bobbin detector setting. It has to do with the friction created as the thread passes through the thicker hat material - sort of disrupts the bobbin thread detector sensor. Hence, turn this feature off when running hats under the "Settings" tab. I'm guessing this is why your machine is stopping???
