I had a feeling this was going to come up. The warranty Roland was reffering
to is the extended warranty in which you pay a certain amount of $$ per month
or year and that includes a yearly PIM (preventative maintenance or check-up_
and also includes parts and labor but I don't think it covers travel.
The 2 year warranty that comes with the machines does not include yearly
maintenance.
