I know I've seen it.  I thought I had it.  HA!  It's the 7 point star, police 
badge, has the state seal in the center, outline of the 7 point star, small oak 
leaves (or whatever) between the outline and the seal, and it allows input of 
the department name.  I've been trying to get my foot in the door with my local 
PD for almost a year, and I finally have a toehold...and I can't find the 
bloomin' badge!  HEEELLLLPPPPPP!!!!!!  Judy
