Have you "converted " your alphabets? If so you have to place your own
tie-offs. If not then "some" (not all) alphabets have tie-in's/offs already
digitized. Select your stitches tab in the tree window. Make sure you have
"show tie in's/off's selected in the properties. Then zoom in close at the
offending area and look to see if the locks are present. If not you need to add
them. Call if you need to.
