It saddens me so to hear this news. Jeff has been my lifeline at Melco since
we got our first Amaya's back in 2002. I will greatly miss being able to talk
with him and receive his helpful assistance with the machines and software.
Being a Melco customer for the last 17 years I feel as if I am a part of the
(extended) Melco Family that Robert mentioned and I am feeling this Great Loss!
