After making sure all your settings are correct, presser foot height is
correct, all needles are oriented properly and do not have any burrs on them,
the machine has been lubricated, etc..run Ampass.
If all you are having trouble with is black you can assign it to seww more
often or just assign all 16 needles to be black for the whole design.
This will tell you whether it is a design issue or a machine issue or a thread
issue, etc.
Use 3 pieces of medium weight cut-a-way backing or equivalent and try running
at 1200 spm.....
