I try to buy when Melco has a percent-off sale going on. That saves $$$. You
may also get deals directly from Hoop Master depending on what you want to buy.

Definitely only buy the fixtures since you already have a base. You won't need
another base until you set up multiple hooping stations. I use the 15cm hoop
most frequently for left chest logos.
