[amayausers.com] Help with cap frame

Somehow my cap frame has "come apart." The wire that controls the bar
that connects to the machine (where the arms would connect to the frame)
has somehow gotten twisted and no longer has tension.
Is there a method for getting it back together?
I'd be very happy to call someone if you think you could talk me through
it.
