hi i just wanted to pass along the fact of do your homework!!! 3 years ago we
went with mega health and life insurance and 4 months later i had a major
accident-well they decided that because i didnt call a "special" # they wouldnt
pay for the helicopter ride. the people i was with called 911. so just a heads
up-i wish we knew before.and i dont think anyone needs proof of employment-just
money-best of luck and i hope this helps.tina
