Good thought but can't do that, the area that it is happening in is a comples
fill. There aren't any lines to drag.

Hi Sue. Autodigitizing is a great start, and a little manual work always makes
it better. Click on either the bottom piece and drag the top of it up and just
a touch over the top one, or click on the top piece and drag the bottom of it
down and just a touch over the bottom one. Best of luck!
