I don't know if they are making their own hats-or just buying them
from a mfg. and having 'their' brand stuck on it like Nike, Champion-
etc.-they don't make their own stuff-just have it mass produced with
their logos somewhere!
Sanmar has Portflex, Alpha as Flexfit, Ottocap has Ottoflex (I think
thats' what their's is). Pretty much most of them are made by Yuppong
or another huge hat maker in China or wherever.
Keep in mind-if you have to have a 'branded' cap (like New Era) you
will probably end up paying double the price of the same cap with out
the brand!
And sometimes the 'brand' takes up space you need to embroider on-
limiting you to what you can sew out.
Have fun...and for testing, if the NewEra hat is what you have to
use, if it is identical to flexfit or portflex, whatever-get some of
THOSE cheap to practice on!
