I am running Pro Plus V.700.014, and V.7.00.115 on the OS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times. I take the number from the window in the OS and it goes to a place earlier in the design but never at the number I put it. Same thing with X and Y move to command. Had a tech tell me they experience the same thing and just can't depend on it. Two machines, consistently fail on both. Several levels of the OS, consistently fails on all versions. Weird. It's not a big problem for me. I just pretend it isn't available. Maybe I'll try it again during the week and see how it's going just because I'm curious now. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Can you send me specific instructions? I'm thinking I look at the OS stitch number of the point I want, and write it down. I get that number from Pro Plus in the stitches column. Then I go to the OS and in the MOVE TO command, put in that stitch number. For the X/Y parameter number, I get that if the machine stops (for whatever reason ) and I jot down the number where it is. I reboot the system, go to the MOVE TO command and put in the X and Y numbers. It's always way off. I've worked with the keypad to get it to the correct number. Even when I add the number, the OS won't accept it and just goes to some random place. Then I toggle it around until I can get the number to match up on the screen. ~geri -------------- Original message -------------- From: theboards@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > This message was posted by Rod or Sharon on AmayaUsers.com.
