I agree with Signman. My customer quote states very clear that all digitizing
for that order remains the property of my company and will be
maintained at our facility for our exclusive usage in executing the customer
orders. Any transfer to the client of rights to digitized material (file)
prepared by us is subject to reasonable release fees.
