[amayausers] Digitizing a Circle

I have been digitizing for about 4 years now, and one thing just baffles me. I
cannot seem to sew out a perfect circle. If it's a fill, then no problem. But,
for instance, if I was sewing out a circle in a satin stich that was .10 by
.10, it always sews out sort of oval. Does it have something to do with the
underlay? I feel like I have tried everything. Help would be appreciated.
