Hello all, I have a older version of Design shop and I ran into the same problem. I think I figured out what was happening. When you load a design on Amaya for you to run the design it copies it to a folder under Amaya. This is the file you need to change to get your changes in effect. If you are making changes in DS while your design is running, after it finishes out, reset the design and reload your design. This has been working for me. Best Regards, Veena. I know that resolved many of the issues for me. I no longer have to save a file as ie. neckerchief1 and neckerchief2. However, I still upon occasion have it mess up. I use Wilcom for digitizing and then save it as an exp file. Since I still have it happen once it a great while..........that tells me it is in the OS software. But like I say......it rarely happens now. When the sewout is done, I make any finally changes to the original (such as line thickness, pattern changes, underlayment, cut points, etc.) and then save the changes, usually as 'neckerchief1, neckerchief2, etc. Sometimes I just save in that version and then 'send' the image to Amaya. As it has happened in other designs, when I do the next sewout-the changes are NOT there-nothing is different. Easy to tell-one part of the design I 'linked' several bars of same color together with a manual stitch to keep the head down for speed-and it kept stopping, cutting, and sewing the previous setup. Anyone else running into this? I wasted about 2 hours of sewouts, changes, repeat sewout, new changes....then realized I was continually changing the same things over and over. Line width thicknesses were changing to different numbers-I had a 'border' set to 14, double checked all the 'pieces' and one had changed on its own to 17...lettering (Arial, .25 inch) set to 'NO' underlayment suddenly had primary and secondary underlayment set in the 'fill' window after I set it all to 'none'.... Help! Roland
