SAL@xxxxxxxxxxx  Sal might be able to do it, (he makes the All in One Hooper 
and does digitizing)

this company does nothing but converting to vector line art, get their phone 
number from the website and give them a call.
I have used Sal but not Riptaw, but have never had a photo digitized, just 
artwork. Never hurts to ask them!
