Right click on the pallette and then properties. For color chart go all the way to the bottom and choose System RGB. This is the one I use cause I use differnt brands of thread and the onscreen colors are just for reference and they don't look exactly right anyways. You will have a true black and white on the rgb chart.

Ron, it still comes up with ARC poly 10 (white) and not blank. Even though "0" is in the number, there is no way to "apply" the "0".
