The 'sheetbend' knot does not make a 'knot' compared to an overhand knot-and
will slide through smaller eyeholes easier. If you pull the overhand knot
wrong it will make a 'lump' and hang up in the needle.
It was amazing watching it done with one hand-nothing I could ever do-but a
real time saver for those that can.
