I tried one off-brand (non-Design shop) digitizer and discovered that we
talk in different terms. They talk mm and we talk points. Even though the
two are related you still have to do a quick conversion in your head or look
them up. There are other things too. Best to stay with a Design Shop
digitizer with whom you can communicate easily and who is close to your time
zone! Remember, China is 10 hours ahead of us. They are going home when you
are just getting up.

Whenever this subject pops up, I always think back to just after 9-11.
There seemed to be people standing on every corner selling those small
American flags that clip to your window and fly in the air as you drive
around. I thought I might invest in one to demonstrate my patriotism,
only
to find a small sticker on the flag that said.... "Made in China".
Can someone say "Irony"?

heard second hand [from a former Amaya owner] and he was convinced that
many of the components were made overseas.
