[amayausers] Bucket Hats

I have a customer who ordered 24 bucket caps to be either screenprinted or
embroidered something on the front, back and top. Does anyone have any
suggestion on how to embroider these anywhere?????
I can't find a screen printer who has done them either, so I am trying to sew
them but can't find a way to hoop them.
HELP!!
