I agree with Roland frustration does set in when you are paying for a machi=
ne that is not producing what you bought it for. I've been there and know h=
ow frustrating it is to try and get things worked out when the machine goes=
aray and return calls are not fast or few enough. The payments dont stop =
arriving when the machine stops working. Unfortunately all posts can't be =
positive, isn't that why we all belong to these forums, so we can keep info=
rmed about all aspect of these machines and Melco, both positive and negati=
ve.=20
I do commend Melco for stepping up to the plate to resolve this issue, it i=
s nice to see they do listen and respond when needed.
Just my opinion.
