I'll be taking Melco training soon with my son.
We plan to buy more Amayas, the three we got on Monday were running
production yesterday already....

Anand, I also had problems with my beta XT, not that I didn't expect to find
issues with it, as it was a beta, but had some really crazy stuff happening.
It took a lot of weeks, and a lot patience, to get her running like a top.
My tech came out, really went through the machine with a fine tooth comb,
changed out a lot of the parts, into what became the one of the final
releases. But it did get there! It was worth it, I love the work I get out
of it.
Honestly, I haven't had but maybe 10 thread breaks in the last month.
And I run the heck out of that machine. If all my older, single heads should
run as well as that machine. Seriously, you need to get the service tech out
there to work on the machine. I complete agree with Ernie, they are
outstanding for production. Yours just us not running correctly. Make them
fix it.
I wish you well on this issue. I hope your tech lives close, otherwise, I
agree, you need to ask for a new one. Hope it works out for you!
