That's interesting. I've only had one design that I had a problem with and
they weren't willing to admit that it was the digitizing at first but I sent it
to Rod and he said it definitely was. I sent them his response and they
reworked the design and it sewed out fine. I have sent them some really
intricate files and they have all turned out well. But I would much rather do
business with someone in the US and it sounds like they may be overseas. At
any rate, I don't want to do business with someone that lies about their
location. I will try Wicked Stitch. I've gotten quotes from them before but
have not used them. And yes Eagle does send emails in 3's, it's annoying.
