Tom, Eh eh eh, sounds more like you may have bitten your tongue!!! Guess in your case it may be easier to remove the needle case cover. You can either cut all the threads and have to rethread the machine or do the following.... Lift all of the pinch roller arms up, leave the needles threaded but take hold of all the threads and pull them down to floor length. Tie a knot , tieing all 16 threads together at the floor. Remove the front magnetic face plate from the needle case cover. Remove the two screws holding the needle case cover on. Carefully pull the cover up and forward . The threads will hold the nnedle case cover from falling. When you have it far enough out to acess the rollers.....put all the pinch rolldrs down to hold the threads and cover in position and go to work. You will have much more room to work now that the cover is not in your way and ....go for the little soft "pop" as I described before....Reverse the process when you get the little rollers covers back on.... Good luck.... Issue? Yes, leaving off all the red rollers work great. The step by step instructions tell you to put the caps back on before taking the red rollers off.this should be changed for sure. I also snapped off one of the red rollers arms and need it replaced now. How and who does this? Tom L. Issue? Mr. Springer, My little "Pop" sounded more like a large "Crack". And to that I usually "just say no". I angled the ridge sideways and shoved the cavity towards the insizer which is next to the bicuspid. I then slipped the front edge over the underside of the back edge. And then removed the hook from the fishes mouth. I was certain it was clear as concrete. Any suggestions now? The Embroidery Masters -------------- Original message from "springer37@xxxxxxxxxxxx" <springer37@xxxxxxxxxxxx>: -------------- Tom, It helps greatly to leave the red pinch rollers off until last....gives you more room to work. I have found it works best to angle the front of the cap slightly to the left as you are inserting it. You must also angle the front edge upward to slip it under the lip of the back edge of the cavity to hook it on the ridge ....clear as mud, I know, but it becomes clear when you feel the little "pop" a couple of times... I have been 30 minutes trying to get the first on back on with no luck. I just cant seem to get the back portion to snap back into place. Any assistance will be appreciated.
