Need more info on what you have done before this happened. It appears that you 
have had to remove the black plastic upper arm cover on the right side. Is that 
correct? 

If so, did you have the machine all the way over to the # 1 position?

Did you allow the needlecase to move without the black plastic upper arm cover 
in place? And is it back in place now?

Can you rotate the Z-axis shaft by hand 360 degrees? Make sure the the E-stop 
is depressed if the machine is on...Does the # 1 needle raise and lower while 
turning the E-shaft by hand a full 360 degrees? If the cover is off, replace it 
BEFORE releasing the E-stop!!

Have you tried going into "Maintenance" "Head timing" in AOS and left clicking 
on head-up?
