Ok, I have another link for you guys. Incase you haven't noticed, I'm trying to
get everyone up to speed on the tools out there. One at a time is ok by me. This
link is to the "link42.zip" file. Nowhere near as big a program but it's very
powerful. An example of its output would be like this. You enter a sentence
like: " this program is very powerful. " and it's output is like this:

++++Time                                          0.16 seconds (0.16 total)
Found 1 linkage (1 had no P.P. violations)
  Unique linkage, cost vector = (UNUSED=0 DIS=0 AND=0 LEN=7)

    +---------------------Xp--------------------+
    +-------Wd-------+ +-----Pa-----+ |
    | +--Dsu--+---Ss--+ +---EA--+ |
    | | | | | | |
LEFT-WALL this.d program.n is.v very powerful.a .

This is interesting only to know that words in sentences CAN be linked using
program rules. If you know what all those links above are, then you will know
the relationships between the words and a program can act on them. I don't think
I need to say much more than that, but I don't like this program as much as I
like the word net. It does however, come with a windows api.

Yes VERY COOL! I used the Windows interface to figure out how it all
worked with the options and what the output looked like.

I can run it from Liberty Basuc 3.0 which is really great news!
BCX is half C and half BASIC. It is close to basic for Console type
applications (like a DOS window). Seting it up and getting it working
with JCC and LCC took a few hours for me, but now everything is point
and click.

I've already begun thinking of ways to use the output from the WordNet
database! It is great!

The way everything is organized and connected is going to make any
project more advanced than what would be possible without it.

It's super fast too! no waiting.

Thanks
John
