[adtools] Two changes required for gcc

Hi.
I am just posting this to this list so it isn't lost. Not expecting
anyone to do this, I'll take care of it once I have some time.
There are two things that need to be fixed in a future release of gcc
for AmigaOS 4.1:
1. The __thread keyword is accepted in spite of the infrastructure
(tls support) not being implemented
2. Spec file: there is a number of projects that assume the command
line option -pthread. We should probably implement that in the
spec file.
