Hi Scott, Sorry for not enough info. I use Outlook so it automatically downloads the in box and a few things into the junk mail in Outlook. I believe it is only the spam folder on the web site but then I very seldom try or need to get stuff from the in box. So the spam folder gets the vast majority of the junk mail. I am using JAWS 11 and that is all in terms of AT software. As always, in support of embracing your passions and seeking your highest light! Does the behavior present itself in the in box as well? Are you using JAWS, Zoomtext, Magic, something else? We need more info to better assess the problem. Question for you: Have you considered using MS Outlook to access the e-mail account? It can often make your e-mail life much more pleasant. I have been having trouble for several months. Sometime I can get in through Yahoo mail preview and sometimes I can get in through check mail links. I always turn off automatic page up date for screen readers and that seemed to help for a while. Sometimes it will freeze up right away and sometimes I can get through maybe 25 or 50 emails before it freezes up. Does anyone else have this problem and has anyone else figured out how to deal with it? As always, in support of embracing your passions and seeking your highest light!
