[adaptivetec] scrolling

Hello,
I think this should vbe a easy one.
When you are a in web form and it ask you to scroll to your country and the
up and down arro do not work I remember that my jaws teacher told me that
you have to press a certain key as all web forms are not jaws totally
friendly.
Does anyone know this key stroke? Help
