[adaptivetec] Msn adaptability

Hi everyone,
I use zoomtext with speech, and I'm wondering if anyone has experience in
using some sort of text to speech software with MSN messenger. I found a
piece of software called "IM Chattalker 3.0" on google. It's $14.95 and I
don't know if the source is reputable. Does anyone have any info on this
program or any other that would suit the purpose?
