[adaptivetec] List order in Word documents

Hi,
Somehow I have switched the list order in my WORD documents. So, when looking
up a file, focus is on the last item in the list, say "Z" This is making it
very tedious to find any documents.
This has happened before and it seems there was an icon that I had clicked by
mistake.
Would anyone know a solution to this?
