Hi Ralph,
If it's the Narator that comes with Windows, they don't want it. It's slow and clunky, and not designed for the normal day-to-day uses the regular computer user would want. I'd never use it for research.

Subject: [adaptivetec] Information about Narrator

Hi Listers,
I got a call from my Public Library in the city that I live in and they
wanted me to come in and check out their screen reader. They told me that
they are using Narrator and Firefox as their browser. I myself use Jaws but
they still asked me if I would come in. What I wanted to know is does
Narrator work with Windows XP? They said that if it did not work that they
would consider getting Jaws or We?
I would appreciate your help.
Ralph
