Hi Ila,
While in Microsoft word, press alt T to bring down the tool menu. Arrow up to
letters and mailing submenu and press enter. Arrow up to letters and
envelopes, and press enter. You should be on the envelopes tab, press control
tab to go to the labels tab. Once on labels tab, tab until you hear options,
then arrow up or down until you hear the label number of your choiceand press
enter. Hope this helps!

And, how does one know what font size to use with the label?
