[adaptivetec] Closin Threads in Outlook Express

Hi, Everyone,
My husband and I use Outlook Express 2003 with Windows XP. Suddenly on the
Laptop Outlook Express, my husband keeps getting a message about closing a
thread.
I receive many of the same email messages on our desktop computer, but I do not
get any messages about closing a thread and collapsing messages.
What would prompt him to get these messages, and how can he get rid of them?
