[AI] help with windows required

Hi friends,
I have been experiencing a problem with windows. The
CD RW drive automatically opens when the windows
freezes and i have to close it manually.
Another feature is that whenever the windows starts or
shuts down there is a kind of kranky sound in the CPU
like 2 metals touching each other. What could be the
problem is it a cause for worry?
your guidance is required!
